yg atas skali tu gmbo kotak teh sen cha[sen cha green tea]
yg kedua n ketiga tu gmbo aq mase ngah mengalami obes.....=p
yg keempat n las tu gmbo aq da x obes.....hehehehe
let me stoli molli nape aq leh jdik obes n aq berjaya turunkan my weight....
hummm,,,,duloo,,mase aq dilahirkan aq tadek la berat sgt...malah umi aq ckp aq yg pling ringan compare ngn adik2 aq...juz 3 kg mase aq kua dari prot umi...
tp pabiler aq mningkat umur...abah aq owez mnje kan aq ngan ayam goreng...igt duloo every evening!!!aq ulang,,,every evening yer!!!tiap2 petang,,balik jer keje MESTI abah belikan aq ayam...bukan satu tp dua...kiri kanan tgn aq mesti ader ayam..hehehe...boleh bygkan x cner rupe aq???umi aq ckp cm flinstone gituuuu...hehehe....
pas tu,,ag teruja biler aq naik drjh 4[yg aq igt la],,berat aq da mencecah 50kg n above n naik jer darjah 6 my weight!!!OMG....72 kg beb!!!!!!!!!!!!berat gilerrrr....
berat aq still cm tu until aq form 1...macan2 kwn2 panggil aq....mmg cdey la time tu...cdey giler la....
nk dijadikan citer,,ader satu ari,,aq n famili g shopping kt tesco Kb..jln punyer jln,,aq terjumpe la satu kotak green tea[teh ni teh cina]....mmg mse tu aq da borim asik dok minum teh lipton jer,,so nk yg len plak...aq pun beli la[umi aq yg bayar]hehehehe.....seingat aq,,dalam satu box tu ader 30 sachet tea...hampir dua bulan lebih aq minum teh tu,,,,aq abeskan satu box!!!hehehe....pas tu,,aq saje2 jer timbang berat aq,,,fuh!!!!!!!!giler,,mase tu da 60 kg...terkejut aq...pas tu,,nafsu makan aq da berkurang...may b efek drpd teh tu kot..huhu....
laz aq timbang bwu i,,,my weight da mencecah 56 kg!!!!skang,,mmg hppy la cz aq xya abeskan duet beribu2 pegi mane2 salun utk kuruskan bdn....walaupon x terlalu slim,,tp alhamdulillah,,aq bersyukur cz skang berat aq still maintain 56 kg!!!
